All roofing projects / contracts start out with an initial roof inspection report completed on the building’s roof by a professional inspector.
This reporting process is completed using reputable and knowledgeable roofing professionals; who have not only walked the roof, but inspected the roofs condition. They then report their findings to the manager / owner. There are three ways for a property manager, or building owner, to obtain a qualified roof condition report. They can use one of three different industry professionals to get one…
1. The Roofing Contractor
2. The Roofing Inspector
3. The Roofing Consultant
Each bring with them their own knowledge and own experience while transferring that in to their reporting.
The roofing contractor has experience in the roofs original construction and the methods and materials used.
The roofing inspector has knowledge of the roofing systems and the application method during its installation.
The roofing consultant has the qualifications regarding the specifications and the general contract usually used.
When using ROOF-SPEC our clients have all three of the above; YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A CONTRACTOR, INSPECTOR and CONSULTANT.
We are able to provide our clients with the most experienced, knowledgeable and qualified written roof condition report.
